At Teens with Dreams Inc., we believe every student has dreams worth pursuing and unlimited potential waiting to be discovered. Yet too many young people enter adulthood without the guidance, encouragement, or opportunities they need to confidently move forward.

We are committed to equipping high school students with mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful experiences that strengthens confidence, inspires growth, and prepares them for a successful transition into life after high school.
More than preparing students for college or careers, we are committed to helping them recognize their strengths, embrace their purpose, and become equipped to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

Meet the Founder
Kimberly Guidry, Founder & Executive Director of
Teens with Dreams Inc.
I've always believed that every young person deserves to have someone who believes in them, encourages them, and reminds them that their dreams can be accomplished. That belief became the foundation of Teens with Dreams Inc.
As a first-generation college graduate, I understand both the excitement and uncertainty that come with transitioning from high school into adulthood. While education opened doors for me, I often reflected on how valuable mentorship, guidance, and access to resources could have been during that journey.
Those experiences inspired a vision that grew into Teens with Dreams Inc., an organization dedicated to helping high school students discover their strengths, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for life beyond high school graduation.
Today, it is my passion to create opportunities where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to become who they were created to be. Whether through mentorship, leadership development, or meaningful community partnerships, my goal is to ensure every student has the encouragement and resources needed to pursue a future filled with purpose and possibility.

Our mission is to motivate and empower teens to successfully transition into life after high school. Through guidance, mentorship, and resources, we are committed to helping teens discover their purpose, pursue their passions, and confidently step into their college and or career paths.
